Kyle James Adam (They/he) teaches their clients how to move freely and efficiently. Kyle believes movement is life, and we all deserve to live our best lives. He has over 3,000 hours of teaching experience, and he is a recognized ACE Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness & Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Yoga Asana & Nidra teacher, Certified Pilates Instructor, Professional Dancer, and someone who has lost 80 pounds. Their clients have ranged from friends managing chronic illnesses to others wishing to lose weight, feel stronger, or even improve posture. Combining many disciplines and an empathetic ear in each session, Kyle has helped their clients grow. When he is not teaching, practicing, or studying current exercise science, he can be found at the dog park with his Corgi and an iced coffee in hand.
